Recession: Increasing Sales in a Shrinking Economy

Recession means less buyers. Increase the number of sales prospects.



Don't pull back on investments - turtle analogy. Don't pull in your arms and legs to ride through the recession. Many investments take a while to produce. Your competition is going to keep investing, there are ways to invest in a shrinking economy.



Make sure markeing and sales are working together. Better action on leads - improve and refine sales strategy and lead management.
